Welcome to our Loyalty Program at Riyadhy! This program is designed to reward our loyal customers with points that can be redeemed for discounts and rewards. Please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions before participating in the program.

1. Earning Points

• For every 1 AED you spend on eligible purchases, you will earn 1 points.
• Points can be earned on all purchases made through our online store, excluding taxes, shipping fees, or discounts.
• Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.

2. Redeeming Points

• Every 100 points earned can be redeemed for a 1 AED discount on your purchase.
• Points cannot be redeemed for cash and can only be used for future purchases.
• Points cannot be earned or redeemed on refunded, cancelled, or returned purchases.

3. Managing Your Points

• You can view your current points balance by logging into your account on Riyadhy.
• Points will be adjusted if an order is cancelled, refunded, or returned.
• It’s your responsibility to keep your account information up to date to ensure proper points tracking.

4. Program Changes and Termination

• Riyadhy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program or any part of it without prior notice.
• We will make efforts to communicate any significant changes or termination through email or other appropriate means.
